Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship your products to you within 48 hours of receiving your order. We use xxx couriers and you can track your package on their website.

Our couriers are adhering to COVID-19 delivery protocols and will deliver you item to you safely within 2-3 working days of being shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if not please contact us to request a refund. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.  Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, this is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we will not be able to refund orders without this.

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible to your original payment method, but please allow up to 14 days.  

 

Please note that personalised items are non refundable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at kate@katehiltoncandles.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
